Free YouTube services
Two services for YouTube, deliberately few: subscribers for a public channel and likes for a public video or Short. Both are small, both rest for a few hours between requests, and neither needs anything beyond a link.
YouTube is the platform where we offer the least, on purpose. Its counters are the most heavily audited of the four, and it removes engagement it judges to be artificial with more zeal than the others. Two small, slow services fit that reality better than a long menu would.
Subscribers target a channel, identified by its handle (the part after youtube.com/@) or by a full channel link. Likes target a single video, identified by a watch link, a youtu.be short link or a Shorts link. In both cases the target has to be public: an unlisted video can be liked by anyone with the link, but a private one cannot.
Expect the subscriber count on the channel page to lag behind the delivery. YouTube updates public subscriber numbers in rounded steps and on a delay, so a batch of ten may show as a jump from 1.2K to 1.21K some hours later rather than as ten individual ticks.

Use the handle, not the channel name
Channel names are not unique. The handle after the @ is, and it is what the form expects. You will find it on the channel page under the banner.

Likes need a video that is public or unlisted
Private videos and videos scheduled for a future date cannot receive likes. Publish first, then send.

Do not stack subscriber batches on a brand-new channel
A channel with no videos and a sudden subscriber jump stands out. Upload a few videos before the first batch and let the numbers arrive against real content.
Questions
Will free subscribers count toward monetisation?
No, and you should not want them to. Partner programme reviews look at watch time and audience behaviour, not just the subscriber number. Use free subscribers to make a young channel look less empty, and earn the rest.
Why do subscribers show up later than the form said?
YouTube publishes subscriber counts with a delay and in rounded steps once a channel passes a thousand. The subscriptions exist as soon as they are delivered; the public number catches up on its own schedule.
Can I send likes to a Short?
Yes. Paste the Shorts link (youtube.com/shorts/...) into the video likes form and it is treated like any other video.
