Under Insights, next to reach and impressions, there is a line called profile visits. It counts how many accounts opened your profile page in the period, and it is one of the numbers Instagram uses to gauge whether people are interested in you as an account rather than in a single post. A profile that gets visited is a profile the system treats as worth showing.
This service adds 13 visits. Each is an account on the network opening the profile page, which is the ordinary public action any curious visitor performs. Nothing changes on the profile; the follower count does not move and no notification is sent. The effect is in insights, and in the quiet weighting the system applies to your next posts.
The target is a username. The account must be public and, to see the result, it must be a creator or business account, since personal accounts do not expose insights. The visits register over an hour or two and the insight figure updates on Instagram's own schedule, which can lag by several hours.
This is a small signal, best used alongside others. A profile receiving visits, a post receiving reach, and a Reel receiving views together describe an account that people are noticing. Any one of them alone is a footnote.

Limits worth knowing
